A Historic Corner, Reimagined
Long before the smell of smashburgers and toasted buns filled the air, this little corner of Palatka was a Texaco gas station—a place where locals pulled in, filled up, and swapped stories before heading back down the road. Years later, we saw more than an old building…we saw a chance to bring people together again.
The Fillin’ Station was born from a simple idea: great food doesn’t need to be complicated—it just needs to be done right. We take certified angus beef, smash it hot on the griddle, let those crispy edges do their thing, and build each burger with quality ingredients and bold, classic flavors. No shortcuts. No trends chasing. Just honest burgers made with care.
Palatka has always been a town built on character, history, and community—and we wanted The Fillin’ Station to reflect that. By breathing new life into this old Texaco station, we’re honoring the past while creating something new: a spot where families gather, friends hang out, and travelers find a burger worth pulling over for.
