Say hello The Meatball Smash!

This month’s feature is bringing all the Italian comfort-food goodness!
An Italian-style meatball is smashed and seared on the grill, then piled onto a grilled bun with creamy garlic aioli, melty provolone cheese, and crisp lettuce. Served with a side of marinara for dipping—because obviously.
